I have felt the horror of leaving my “One Notebook” somewhere and frantically retracing my steps. I’ve left it in shopping carts. (A note of thank you to you if you were the one who picked up the spiral notebook and turned it in to customer service.) I’ve left it in the truck when I am far away from it and want to write. I have left it at home leaving me without my lists and space to record.

Likewise, I am learning to embrace the electronic notebook — especially when I find that I can speak into it.
