I loved reading each night to my sons before bed and later to the grandchild who lived with us for a while. Just a note to parents who wonder when they should start reading to a child: it is NEVER too early to start reading to your child.

When you read to them, I would also suggest that you learn to develop the flow of verbal language and to add vocal changes for the dialogue presented by the characters.
