Several years ago, I earned a degree in educational administration. Servant leadership was one of the focal points in many of the courses and is such a great philosophy. I wish I could say I have taught under many such leaders or had the opportunity to function as a principal, but I have not. I have taught under ONE principal who espoused the philosophy of servant leadership.

Kudos to you for realizing that this will probably be extremely important in business leaders of the future.
