Since when is having a disease that is out of your control a privilege. I think you misunderstand the definition of “privilege.”

“Privilege” is defined as “a special right, advantage, or immunity granted or available only to a praticular person or group.”

It seems to me that you are then saying the author has a special right to have a disease: balderdash! Does she had an advantage to have a disease? Nope!

Get over you high horse of CRT bullshit.
